We use seasonal products by combining classic confectionery with a new wave approach - macarons, cream puffs, tarts, eclairs and cheesecakes fill the confectionery display case, and we prepare everything daily in our workshop. Coffee beans from a local roastery are the core of our classic coffee offer
and alternative brewing methods, in which we use the richness and diversity of processing methods, origins or roasting places of coffee beans, allow us to satisfy both traditionalists and coffee geeks. The bridge that connects the world of beer and coffee is a nitrogen dispensing installation from which we serve our Hoppy Nitro Coffee.

Our café is the result of many experiences related to private life, work and education, the synergy of which allowed us to fulfill our common dreams of creating a unique place where we can pursue our passions and share them with you.
This is how the Chmiel Kawę concept was created in 2022, in which we used the knowledge gained during our studies related to food technology, previous experience in the catering industry and our shared passion for coffee and confectionery.
